OPERATIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
VULGUS 360 — Operational Iron Law
The following terms are binding and non-negotiable, acting as an absolute contract between VULGUS 360 and every client.
Article 1 — Anti-Broker Protocol (Maximum 4 Brands Limit)
All production capacities (design, video, SMM, moderation) within a single membership can only be allocated to a maximum of 4 (four) distinct brand or company identities.
This provision excludes website creation quotas, which follow the specific website limit designated for each tier.
This rule ensures that VULGUS 360 functions as a direct extension of the membership holder—rather than acting as a white-label vendor for third-party agencies acting as brokers.
Article 2 — Measurable Same-Day Execution
Briefs submitted at the start of operational hours are guaranteed to be processed and delivered on the same day.
Same-day guarantees are subject to working hour realities—assets are processed proportionally within the running daily shift. There are no instant completion guarantees (e.g., “done in 10 minutes”) that contradict the logic of production.
In the event of sudden viral momentum, clients may submit an urgent request, which will be prioritized for execution as soon as possible on that same day, provided it falls within remaining operational hours.
Article 3 — Timezone & Working Hours Synchronization (8 Hours/Day)
The core production team (design, video, web development) operates for 8 working hours per day, fully synchronized with the client’s timezone.
Saturdays and Sundays are days off for the production team, following the client’s operational calendar.
Exceptions to this rule: the Social Media Management (SMM) and Community Moderation (Telegram/Discord) divisions, which operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no days off.
Article 4 — Web Development Scope
Web development services are limited to Basic Company Profiles (multi-page structures).
This service does not include e-commerce features (buying/selling), member login/user portal systems, or advanced backend functions—such requirements will incur additional fees and require a separate quote.
SLA (Service Level Agreement): Website completion time is 3 (three) to 5 (five) working days, depending on the speed and completeness of the brief provided.
Websites receive full maintenance at no extra cost as long as the membership access period (1 year) remains active.
Article 5 — Initial Calibration Period (1–3 Day Buffer)
Upon purchasing a membership, production does not blindly start immediately. There is a 1 to 3-day buffer period for initial alignment—brand identity synchronization, template establishment, and brief validation. Full daily production only commences once this initial calibration is approved by both parties.
Article 6 — Revision Limit (Maximum 3 Times, Absolute)
To maintain production efficiency and the flow of same-day delivery queues, every design or video output is limited to a maximum of 3 (three) revisions. Beyond this limit, the system will reject further revision requests. Clients are required to provide clear, timestamped briefs from the initial submission.
Article 7 — Non-Accumulative Quota (“Use It or Lose It”)
Unused daily, weekly, or monthly quotas do not roll over to the next period. 1 design slot left unused today does not become 2 slots tomorrow. This keeps daily production capacity predictable and prevents clients from hoarding quotas to use all at once.
Article 8 — Content Filtering & Legality
VULGUS 360 reserves the right to reject or halt production on requests containing illegal content, financial fraud, plagiarized materials, hate speech, or misleading campaigns.
Article 9 — Account Security & Access Procedures
Because membership access is strictly authenticated, clients must follow official support protocols for any account-related security updates or verifications. Routine verification safeguards your membership privileges against unauthorized changes.
Article 10 — Urgent Request Usage Limits
The urgent priority facility outlined in Article 2 is capped at a specific number of uses per month per client. Beyond this limit, urgent requests join the normal queue—ensuring that the “urgent” status does not secretly become a standard shortcut for all clients.
Article 11 — Capacity Limits and “Full Demand” Status
When VULGUS 360 reaches peak operating capacity, a status update will be posted directly on our website and announced across our social media channels, indicating that we are operating at 100% full demand and will not onboard any new clients until our capacity is expanded. This ensures we never compromise on the quality of work for our existing members, protecting our core standard of delivery.
Article 12 — Revision Timeframe
Revision requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe after the asset is delivered. Once this timeframe lapses, the asset is deemed accepted, and any further changes will be counted as a new request utilizing the next quota allocation.
Article 13 — Ownership, Raw Files, and Transition Handover
Final delivered assets (rendered videos, exported design files) become the property of the client upon handover.
Raw files and editable assets can be requested by the client whenever needed during the active membership period.
We guarantee a smooth and professional transition; should the partnership come to an amicable end, all necessary documentation, assets, and supporting data will be fully handed over to the client.
Article 14 — Confidentiality
Any information regarding unreleased products, brands, or strategies shall be treated as strictly confidential—never shared, referenced, or used as a case study without written permission from the client. This is especially critical for Web3 projects still in their pre-public announcement stages.
Article 15 — Suspension Due to Violations
Violations of the Anti-Broker Protocol (Article 1) or Content Filtering & Legality (Article 8) will result in immediate access suspension, without a refund, at the sole discretion of VULGUS 360.
